Inspense grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on any computers you own for personal or business use.

Permitted Use

• Install on up to 3 computers you personally own
• Use for personal expense tracking
• Use for business expense categorization
• Export data in any format for your own use

Prohibited Use

• Redistribute or resell the software
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Use for illegal financial activities
• Share your license key with others

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Inspense, email support@inspense.app within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

Inspense is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to errors in categorization, data loss, or tax filing issues.

Updates

Your license includes all future updates to Inspense at no additional cost. We reserve the right to discontinue updates at any time, but your purchased version will continue to work.

AI Features

If you use AI-powered categorization:

• Transaction descriptions are sent to Anthropic's API for processing
• You are responsible for providing your own API key
• API usage costs are separate from the Inspense license
• AI suggestions should be reviewed before use

Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall all copies of the software.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
